Condominium Property Manager – Townhouse Portfolio

Peakview Property Management Inc. is a growing, licensed condominium management company committed to honest communication, responsive service, and responsible financial management.

We are seeking a dependable and service-oriented Condominium Property Manager to manage a portfolio of townhouse condominium communities. The successful candidate will be organized, practical, comfortable working independently, and committed to following through on matters raised by Boards and residents.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of townhouse condominium corporations.
Serve as the primary contact for Boards of Directors, owners, residents, contractors, and professional consultants.
Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance, safety, and repair concerns.
Prepare Board meeting agendas, management reports, minutes, and follow-up action lists.
Attend and assist with Board meetings, annual general meetings, and owners’ meetings.
Obtain and review quotations and coordinate approved maintenance and capital projects.
Monitor contractors and confirm that work has been completed satisfactorily.
Assist Boards with annual budgets, reserve fund planning, financial reporting, invoice approvals, and arrears follow-up.
Administer and help enforce condominium declarations, by-laws, rules, and Board policies.
Respond promptly and professionally to owner and resident inquiries.
Coordinate emergency repairs and participate in the company’s after-hours emergency rotation.
Maintain complete and accurate corporation records.
Work closely with Peakview’s accounting and administrative teams.
Ensure compliance with the Condominium Act, 1998, CMRAO requirements, and other applicable legislation.
Qualifications

Valid CMRAO General Licence is strongly preferred.
Candidates holding a Limited Licence with suitable condominium management experience may also be considered.
At least two years of condominium or property management experience is preferred.
Experience managing townhouse condominium communities is a strong asset.
Sound knowledge of the Condominium Act, condominium governance, budgeting, maintenance, and contractor management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Able to manage multiple properties, priorities, deadlines, and follow-up items.
