A valid driver's license with a good driving record is required
Licensed LVN, Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT), or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) in California
Valid California driver's license with a good driving record
Familiarity with laboratory processes and workflow
High school diploma or equivalent
Eligible to perform waived testing under California regulations
COVID-19 vaccination (or approved exemption)
Phlebotomy experience
Previous laboratory testing experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Please Note: Phlebotomists alone are not eligible for this position
Candidates must hold an active LVN, MLT, or CLS license

Responsibilities
Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Perform waived point-of-care laboratory testing in a mobile or remote setting
Receive and process patient specimens
Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection
Enter patient demographics, test orders, and laboratory results
Monitor and document quality control procedures
Confirm abnormal test results and notify supervisors when appropriate
Maintain laboratory instruments and perform routine troubleshooting
Monitor STAT testing turnaround times
Maintain inventory and documentation of laboratory supplies
Follow all laboratory safety and compliance guidelines

Pay Rate: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM Evening Shift
Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Responsibilities:
Perform waived point-of-care laboratory testing in a mobile or remote setting.
Receive and process patient specimens.
Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection.
Enter patient demographics, test orders, and laboratory results.
Monitor and document quality control procedures.
