Chemist – R&D

SAM FINE O CHEM LIMITED is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Chemist to join our Research & Development (R&D;) team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in chemistry, laboratory techniques, and product development.

Eligibility
- Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry (Mandatory)
- Experience: 1–2 years in an R&D; laboratory, preferably in the chemical industry
- Good knowledge of laboratory instruments, chemical analysis, and documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and development activities for new and existing products
- Perform laboratory experiments, testing, and chemical analysis
- Maintain accurate records of experiments and prepare technical reports
- Support process improvement and product development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and laboratory procedures
- Coordinate with production and quality teams during product development

Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
