Job Description
Role/ Job Title: PMO Manager - Digital Solutions
Business: New Age
Function/ Department: Digital Solutions
Place of Work: Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities:
'· Perform troubleshooting to system failures and identify bottlenecks to ensure long term efficiency of network
• Good Background in network security management.
• Good knowledge in VPN technologies and security protocols.
• Knowledge of check point & firewalls.
• Good understanding and technical expertise with Port Opening / Firewall & routing protocols
• Inspect LAN infrastructure and fix minor or major problems/bugs
• To understand implement, troubleshoot, maintain and support our stake holder network infrastructure
• Evaluate network performance and find way of improvement.
• Good Knowledge of LAN /WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols and networks technologies
• Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenances without deterring others from completing their own work.
• Provide technical direction to co-workers on computer and network usage and offer comprehensive advice and instructions
• Drive incident root cause analysis, document, follow up and track remedial/ preventive actions.
• Be part of service improvement initiative and contribute through implementation of new ideas
• Preparation of Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports

'Closure of open items, adoption of compliance practices, internal audit observations, ISG inputs wherever applicable
