Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Plumber Technician to join our team and help deliver top-quality plumbing solutions across various construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems on commercial and residential sites. Your expertise in construction plumbing, pipe threading, welding, and schematic reading will ensure efficient and reliable service. Duties
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment on commercial and residential sites
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts
Perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks to ensure secure connections and system integrity
Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to support installation processes
Utilize HVAC knowledge for integrating heating, ventilation, and air conditioning components with plumbing systems
Assist with remodeling projects by performing carpentry tasks and handyman repairs as needed
Follow safety protocols during construction site work, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Qualifications
Proven experience in construction plumbing or related fields with a strong understanding of plumbing systems
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity over extended periods
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations
Construction site experience with familiarity in remodeling or assembly projects is advantageous
Valid driver’s license (DL) and clean criminal record
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues on-site
