We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our team as the HVAC/Heat Pump Specialist, where you will play a key role in supporting clients with new product installations, troubleshooting onsite, liaising with engineers and onsite installers.

Key Responsibilities:

Attending service calls with fault finding and diagnostics.
"
Supporting after-sales service in determining solutions to any field problems.
"
Responding to different technical questions relating to products, applications, and system solutions.
"
Collaborating and guiding customers, contractors, and installers to meet project goals.
"
Liaising with Engineering and Sales teams to support and educate.
"
Proactively evaluating possible obstacles to project completion and determining possible solutions in partnership with customers, project managers, and installers.
"
Assisting in the development of technical specifications, training tools, and guides.
"
Supporting Product Engineers in guiding new product development in alignment with installation best practice.
"
"
Requirements:

"
"
Minimum 2-5 years experience as a qualified Plumber.
"
Must have experience demonstrating product installation and proactively approaching problem-solving.
"
Technical understanding and experience across heat pump, HVAC, and refrigerant systems installation, from mechanical planning to Australian regulations.
"
Ideally have exposure across commercial plumbing and HVAC environments and understanding of retrofit projects.
"
Current NSW Driving Licence and the ability to travel nationally.
"
Experience Trade qualification in refrigeration and/or HVAC is advantageous but not essential.
"
