Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems
Perform service calls for restaurants, retail centers, offices, and other commercial facilities
Troubleshoot issues efficiently and provide clear solutions to customers
Install and repair fixtures, piping, water heaters, and drainage systems
Perform preventative maintenance to reduce future system failures
Communicate job status, findings, and recommendations clearly to customers and management
Maintain accurate job notes, invoices, and documentation
Follow all safety standards and company procedures
Requirements

Journeyman Plumbing License (required)
Minimum 4 years of on-the-job plumbing experience
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to work independently without constant supervision
Strong communication and customer service skills
Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in commercial service plumbing
Knowledge of local plumbing codes
Experience with drain cleaning and sewer systems
Ability to upsell or identify additional service opportunities
