Job Description
Required Skills : Oracle database development.
Desired Skills : Data Analysis, development and implementation, ETL development using SQL/PL-SQL.
Preferred Skills : BigData or PowerBI/Tableau/Any other BI tool.
Minimum Experience : 2+ years hands on experience in database development, including minimum 6 months experience in ETL development.
Education : Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in science / technology / engineering / computer / IT.

Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Interact with project stakeholders on a regular basis, and understand requirements from business or IT and translate the same into design and build
2. Create and maintain development queue and communicate with all stakeholders regarding the progress
3. Create Stored procedures, packages, functions, views, dynamic sql and develop variables, calculated fields, parameters, sets and groups as per business requirement
4. Performance tuning of code to enable optimized execution time
5. Monitor server logs, check data loading status, fix job execution bugs etc
6. Prepare estimates of effort required for development of user requirements
7. Establish data loading/extraction process using Oracle ETL tool
8. Prepare and maintain technical documentation for new and existing processes
