Operate and maintain state-of-the-art equipment to test and validate the signal integrity of electronic platforms.
Collaborate with engineers to design and execute test plans and procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve any signal integrity issues that arise during testing.
Perform data analysis and provide detailed reports on test results.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to communicate and resolve any platform performance or reliability concerns.
Ensure all testing is conducted in a safe and appropriate manner, following industry standards and protocols.
Continuously monitor and improve testing processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Maintain and organize lab equipment and inventory.
Stay up-to-date on industry developments and contribute to the implementation of new technologies and techniques.
Contribute to the overall success of the team by providing valuable insights and suggestions for improvement.
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Attend trainings and conferences to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed.
Mentor and train new team members as needed.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
