Position Summary
Role: - Platform DeveloperQualifications
Required:
• A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 7+ years of experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, NodeJS, React
• Experience leading a major project from design through release, including milestones and working with a diverse stakeholder group
• Experience with architecture and performance optimization of production systems
• Experience analyzing and optimizing for front end specific performance metrics
• Experience developing and publishing shared NPM modules
• Experience with frontend build tools such as Webpack, Rollup, Babel
• Experience with NodeJS testing tools such as Jest, testing-library, Jasmine
• Experience developing front end web applications using React and state management systems such as Redux or Apollo
• Experience developing CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
We are open to hire for all the USI locations- Hyd/Bang/Pune/Mumbai/Kolkata/Chennai/Gurgaon.
Preferred:
Demonstrated expertise in advanced technologies including:
• Experience with micro frontend frameworks such as single spa
• Experience with Material UI
• Experience with Kubernetes and helm

The Team
Our Financial Technology practice develops and licenses a growing family of proprietary software products (see http://www.deloitte.com/ft) to assist financial institutions with a number of complex topics, such as accounting for credit deteriorated assets and the administration of investments in leveraged loans. We are looking to add to our SolvasDigitize™ ( www.solvasdigitize.com ) and SolvasAsset Management™ ( www.solvassoftware.com ) solution teams.
• SolvasDigitize is an intelligent automation solution and managed service that is experiencing rapid growth and expansion across various industries and applications.
• SolvasAsset Management is a suite of solutions including SolvasPortfolio™, SolvasAgent™, SolvasCompliance™, and SolvasPoP™ for the various needs of administrator, trustee, agent, and asset manager clients in the collateralized loan/debt obligations (CLOs/CDOs), credit funds, and syndicated loan markets.
Work you’ll do
• You will lead the design, development and maintenance of a cross-product microfrontend platform.
• Contribute to the implementation and testing of new features
• Perform code quality and consistency review
• Advocate and evangelize for standard methodologies and high quality work
• Facilitate engineering discussions and decision making considering various stakeholders and constituents
• Serve as a mentor and example of best practices for junior engineers
• Be responsive and proactive while maintaining long-term strategic priorities for suite of software solutions that rely on the platform
• Manage various solution development teams’ expectations regarding deliverables and timing
• Provide constructive on-the-job feedback and conduct performance reviews for more junior personnel
• Contribute to a positive team attitude
• Maintain flexibility with schedule in order to meet business needs and client demands
