The Sales & Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth of injection moulding products and solutions within the assigned territory. The role involves managing key industrial accounts, developing new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and strengthening customer relationships across OEMs, Tier suppliers, and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets for injection moulded products and services
Identify and acquire new customers in industrial segments
Manage and grow existing key accounts through regular customer engagement and technical support
Understand customer requirements, drawings, and specifications, and coordinate with the engineering and production teams for feasibility and costing
Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, pricing, and contracts
Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to improve sales effectiveness
Coordinate with internal teams (production, quality, tooling, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Monitor receivables, credit limits, and payment collections within the assigned territory
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company’s capabilities
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of injection moulding processes, materials and tooling concepts
Proven experience in B2B / industrial sales
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to read technical drawings and understand customer specifications
Result-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
Experience:
Sales experience in injection moulded components, moulds, or plastic processing machinery
· 5–10 years (Injection moulding / plastic processing industry preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
plastic industry : 5 years (Required)
Location:
New Delhi, Delhi (Preferred)
