This is a Junior- Mid level position requiring 2 to 4 years of experience. As a Plants Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the treatment plants, managing a team of operators, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. The position is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India and is a full-time role.Qualifications And SkillsBE - Civil/Environmental/Public Health - With minimum 2-4 Years of experience in water treatment /waste water Treatment plant operations.Strong knowledge of water treatment processes and technologiesExperience in managing a team of operatorsExcellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsSkilled multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projectsDegree in engineering, preferably in mechanical engineeringKnowledge of operational efficiency and best practicesStrong teamwork and leadership skillsExperience in plant operation and maintenanceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsRoles and ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations of the water treatment plantsManage, train, and supervise a team of operatorsEnsure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirementsImplement and maintain operational procedures and standard operating practicesMonitor and analyze plant performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changesCoordinate with maintenance team to ensure the availability and reliability of plant equipmentPrepare reports and documentation, including plant performance reports, maintenance records, and incident reportsCollaborate with other departments, such as engineering and procurement, to ensure smooth plant operations
