Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Plant Human Resources Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including employee relations, labor laws, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies to ensure a positive work environment.
• Manage labor laws, union agreements, and employment regulations to ensure compliance.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with union representatives, government officials, and political entities.
• Provide expert advice on policy development, compliance, and risk management to senior management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
• 12+ years of overall experience in industrial relations/employee relations and corporate HR/HRBP.
• Masters in Labour Laws or similar.
• Open to working from Pune outskirts.
• Candidates should come with experience dealing with industrial/manufacturing industry.
• Marathi is a MUST.
