Description :
- Responsible to provide Business Partner leadership within the defined scope of responsibility, ensuring HR function proactively enables and supports the achievement of business objectives

- Leading end to end support (recruitment to separation) for all staff positions

- On-boarding & induction for all new joinees

- Leading Performance management process for all staff employees

- Compensation management for staff employees

- Leading the L&D and Employee Engagement initiatives for the Plant Site

Profile :
- MBA in HR/IR full time is a must, only relevant candidates will be considered

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu is a must

- A total of 12-15 years of experience, including experience in a manufacturing set up is a must

- Prior experience in Plant HR Business partnering is a must

- Should have exposure to HRIS system (Success factor, SAP, PeopleSoft)

- Experience working with senior business stakeholders
