Position: Plant Manager
Qualification: M.com / B.com
Experience:8 to 10 Years
Package:5 LPA to 7 LPA
Location: Udaipur (Rajasthan)
Job Types:Full-time / Permanent (onsite)
No. of Days working: 6
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for the plant
• Analyze plant operations and costs to establish standard cost rates
• Oversee the plant’s budgeting and expenditure, ensuring they align with the company’s financial goals
• Conduct variance analysis and identify trends to improve financial performance and cost effectiveness
• Ensure adherence to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and company policies
• Perform regular audits to ensure that the plant’s financial information and practices are accurate and compliant
• Collaborate with plant management and other departments to identify opportunities for financial and operational improvements
• Manage inventory, including valuation, tracking, and control of physical inventory
• Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
• Assist in the development and implementation of plant financial systems and controls.
