Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Planning Engineer for Residential High Rise projects based in Bangalore. The candidate should have strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and coordination of construction activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare project baseline schedule and micro-level planning
• Monitor project progress and track milestones
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
• Conduct delay analysis and recovery planning
• Coordinate with site execution, procurement, billing, and management teams
• Prepare look-ahead plans and resource planning reports
• Ensure timely completion of project activities as per schedule
Candidate Requirements:
• 10-12 years of relevant experience in planning
• Mandatory experience in Residential High Rise construction projects
• Proficient in Primavera P6 / MS Project
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
Preferred Skills:
Primavera P6, MS Project, MIS Reporting, Delay Analysis, Resource Planning, Project Monitoring, Construction Planning
