Job Description
Job Title: Planning and Scheduling Construction Lead - Hospital Projects
Location: Mississauga, ON (In-person)
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year
The Role:
Our client, a construction industry leader, is seeking a Lead Planner to manage project schedules for large-scale hospital developments. You will lead all scheduling activities (PA & DPA), monitoring Earned Value, critical path analysis, and cost loading using Primavera P6.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Project Works and Construction Works Schedules.
Lead Earned Value Management (EVM) planning and reporting.
Identify Critical Path risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Analyze RFP documents to develop preliminary master schedules.
Perform Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and track delay impacts.
Collaborate with Infrastructure Ontario and Contracting Authorities.
Requirements:
Essential: 5+ years in a Lead Scheduling role specifically for Hospital/Healthcare construction.
Technical: 8+ years of expertise in Primavera P6.
Experience: 10+ years in complex Design-Build or P3 projects.
Security: Must be a Canadian Citizen able to obtain/maintain Secret-level clearance.
Education: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
Certification (Min. 1 Required): PMI-SP, PMP, PSP, or EVP.
