• Provide career counseling and guidance to students, helping them understand their strengths, interests, and career goals, and advising them on suitable career paths.
• Coordinate job placement activities, including organizing recruitment drives, job fairs, and on-campus interviews
• Actively network with alumni
• Stay updated on current industry trends, job market demands, and emerging career opportunities to tailor training and placement strategies accordingly.
Requirement: -
• 4 years of relevant experience or 5 years of HR Experience
