PinPointe Social - Server Assistant / Host

PinPointe Social is Calgary’s newest high-end darts lounge and social destination, where cutting-edge interactive gaming meets elevated food, cocktails, and style. Located just across from the Calgary Flames’ new arena, it offers a one-of-a-kind experience blending sleek design, energetic atmosphere, and a full-service kitchen and bar. From family play to curated DJ evenings, PinPointe delivers next-level social entertainment, day or night.

Job Purpose

To support the FOH team while delivering a warm, polished first impression and ensuring smooth service flow.

Host Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and professionally.
Manage seating charts, reservations, and waitlists.
Strategically seat guests to optimize experience and flow.
Guide guests through the venue and gaming system.
Server Assistant Responsibilities

Run food, clear tables, and reset sections.
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout FOH.
Assist with glassware, restocking, and service support.
Anticipate guest needs and enhance service flow.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in hosting or bussing roles.
Friendly, professional, guest‑focused demeanor.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
