Job Description
Responsibilities of candidates include:
• expected to display sound judgment and decision-making with outstanding problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong Knowledge of Indian legal process and judiciaries
•Read Contracts. Prepare Documents and Help in Settling Disputes
Conducting legal analysis and researching legal matters.
• Providing advice on legal matters.
• Drafting legal opinions, memoranda, and briefing documents.
• Reviewing legal material.
• Formulating formalities regarding settlements of disputes.
• Monitoring the implementation of the legal clauses.
• Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights. Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and advise clients accordingly.
• Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for real estate transactions.
• Draft and negotiate real estate transactions.
• Draft routine leases and amendments.
• Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before real estate transactions are executed.
• Manage regulatory and compliance-related services.
• Represent the company in purchases and sales of properties.
• Defend the municipal code litigation.
• Support legal and general advisory needs associated with a large-scale real estate portfolio.
