Toronto Arts Academy is expanding our midtown location and we want passionate piano teachers with academic or professional performance experience to join our award-winning team!
Responsibilities:
Provide private and occasional group piano lessons to students of various ages and skill levels
Create individualized piano lesson plans based on students' goals and abilities
Teach music theory, piano technique, and performance skills
Foster a positive and supportive learning environment
Monitor student progress and provide feedback for improvement
Prepare students for recitals, competitions, and exams
Collaborate with parents to ensure students' success
Requirements:
Experience in teaching or tutoring, especially with children
Professional or academic experience in piano and/or voice
Strong knowledge of piano technique and music theory
Ability to educate and inspire students of all ages
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching music
Early childhood education background is a plus

Pay: $27.00-$31.00 per hour
