Position Summary
Dr. Ryan Schaub is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Physician Personal Assistant for support in both clinical and administrative duties.
This full-time role includes responsibilities such as clinical documentation (scribing), patient coordination, referrals, test follow-up, and assisting with community-based errands. The successful candidate will play a vital role in improving clinic efficiency, communication, and physician wellness.
Interviews will be held in-person in Athabasca, Alberta. There is no option for virtual/remote interviews.
Key Qualifications
Medical Office Assistant certification, LPN, RN, or equivalent experience preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Technologically proficient (navigating Electronic Medical Records)
Professional demeanor with a commitment to confidentiality
