Job Description Requirements
We are seeking a qualified teacher who must possess:
A Manitoba Teacher's Certificate, or eligibility for teacher certification in the Province of Manitoba.
A major or minor in physical education at the undergraduate level.
A strong academic background.
Demonstrated ability to instruct the new Physical Education/Health Curriculum for early/middle years students.
Experience in curriculum planning, implementation, assessment, instructional diversity and classroom learning environment as it relates to a multi-age setting.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as an effective member of a team in delivering a quality program.
Preference will be given to candidates who possess:
Previous successful early/middle years teaching experience.
