Job Overview:

We are looking for a driven and organized Phone Sales Manager to lead our voice-based sales efforts for Google Ads services. This role involves managing call-based sales activities, mentoring team members, and directly contributing to revenue through strategic outbound engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute outbound call campaigns to sell Google Ads services.
Supervise and guide junior telecalling executives to improve performance.
Handle high-value client calls and convert qualified leads into customers.
Share proposals, pricing, and service plans over the phone.
Track daily performance metrics and ensure CRM data accuracy.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Achieve team and individual monthly sales targets.
Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in phone-based sales, preferably in digital marketing or IT services.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Excellent verbal communication and consultative selling abilities.
Good understanding of Google Ads or willingness to learn quickly.
