About the Role
The successful candidate will support our dispensary team in providing high‑quality patient care. We are looking for someone with a pro‑active mindset, who is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, and who is eager to contribute across all areas of the pharmacy.
As an online pharmacy, strong IT skills are essential. Previous pharmacy experience is desirable but not required, as full and ongoing training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe dispensary environment
Accurately labelling and dispensing prescriptions
Preparing packaging and orders for dispatch
Managing stock, including date checking, invoice checking and shelf replenishment
Working closely with the pharmacists and dispensary team to ensure patients receive high quality care
Supporting patient care by providing friendly, efficient and professional customer service.
Skills & Attributes
IT literate
Organised and detail‑orientated
Self‑motivated and trustworthy
Pro‑active and able to use initiative
Strong team player
Confident communicator with a patient‑focused approach
Experience
Pharmacy: 1 year (desirable)
IT skills, including Outlook, Excel and Word (required)
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
