About the Role
We’re seeking motivated Pharmacists to join the team. Working in Victoria’s largest Hospital Pharmacy Department, you can enhance your knowledge through a broad range of rotations designed to give you experiences and exposure to a variety of specialist practice areas and locations.

Our team of award-winning pharmacy clinical educators will support you to develop your clinical pharmacy skills through individualised training tailored to your needs.


A Day in the Life
In these roles, our rotational Pharmacists will:

Provide best practice pharmacy services and exceptional patient-centred care by ensuring medication safety and optimising medication management to achieve the best outcomes for our patients
Provide pharmacy services as part of pharmacy and interprofessional teams in a range of pharmacy practice settings and Monash Health sites through operational and clinical pharmacy rotations

Pharmacists work an 8-hour shift per day between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday, plus some rostered overtime including weekends and public holidays. For part time roles, we require a minimum commitment of at least 2 weekdays per week.
