Job Description
Pharmacist
Position Purpose:-
This job entails a high level of responsibility and knowledge. The person in the role will be responsible for managing store operations for the assigned store – efficiently and effectively while adding value / benefits to all our customers – leading to superior customer service / delight. He/she also plays an important role in driving shopper interests by convincing and making them aware about Generic Medicines and its allied benefits resulting into customer savings.
Role Overview:-
At Dawaa Dost ( a fast growing Pharmacy Retail Chain), we are looking for a customer obsessed, self driven, result-oriented Pharmacist to manage our store operations efficiently and effectively. Our mission is to Reach & Enable 100MM people to reduce their medicine bill by 50-80% and this role will play a crucial part in achieving company’s business goals and objectives aligned to our vision.
We are expecting you to be a highly competent pharmacist with high self discipline / motivation, strong process implementation skills and an inclination to make a positive impact to the lives of all customers, to manage our store operations for the assigned store – efficiently and effectively.
Duties & Responsibilities:-
• Prescription Servicing
• Reviewing & Executing prescriptions accurately / checking their appropriateness.
The person in the role will be responsible for growing our customer base through fresh activations of our channel partners while providing superior customer service and adding value / benefits to all – leading to sustainable business growth
• Pharmacy Compliance
• Complies with state drug laws / food & drug administration rules & regulations.
• Maintaining Safe & Clean work environment
• Maintaining full control over delivering, stocking and labelling medicines and monitor their condition to prevent expiring or deterioration.
• Maintaining Records
• Keep records of customers
• Other records as per SOP
• Providing superior customer service
• Fulfilling customer needs
• Assist patients on solving customer problems / adding value & benefits to them
• Maintain customer relations
• Efficient customer check-out process
• Managing repeat customers by personal calling
• Assist / supervise /train pharmacy assistant
• Train & Develop
• Drive key business drivers/enablers
• Dash Board self review / Action
Skills & Competencies:-
• Pharmacy Knowledge – Medicines
• Pharmacy Compliance knowledge
• Passion to stay up to date with latest drug laws / rules & regulations
• Computer skills

Qualification & Experience:-
Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy
Valid Pharmacist license
