To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
Active pharmacist license in the relevant state.
Strong knowledge of pharmacology, therapeutics, and medication management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using pharmacy management software and electronic health records.

Experience in clinical pharmacy practice or a related field is preferred.
