Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be instrumental in delivering exceptional patient care, managing medications, and supporting clinical initiatives
Heritage Health Pharmacists are responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on medications to both patients and medical staff
Depending on the setting, you may work directly with patients and providers in a clinic or serve the community through our pharmacy services
Communicate effectively with patients and internal staff
Patient counseling
Ensures all prescriptions are correctly dispensed according to the providers authorization and Heritage Health policies and procedures
Clinical responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to: population health, medication therapy management, and disease state management
Ensure staff provide high standards of customer service to internal and external customers
Follows and ensures compliance to all relevant federal, state, and institutional regulations, guidelines, policies, and standards for the provision of services
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this position
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Work is normally performed in a typical interior clinic work environment in a pharmacy or office building
Work may be demanding and chaotic at times
May be exposed to patient population that will present a variety of contagious diseases, physical injuries and emotional states of

Location: This position requires flexibility to work at both our Coeur d' Alene and Rathdrum pharmacy locations.

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Pharmacist to join our team and contribute to a community-centered healthcare environment. Requirements
• A Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from accredited institution is preferred.
• May consider registered pharmacist (RPh) with equivalent experience.
• License to practice pharmacy in the State of Idaho.
• BLS certification or must obtain within 90 days of hire.
