We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our team at DR. V. Balaji Diabetes Care And Research Institute. The Pharmacist will be responsible for providing medication and other healthcare products to patients, as well as providing advice and support on the safe use of prescription drugs. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Dispense medications and other healthcare products to patients, as prescribed by a physician or other healthcare provider.
• Provide advice and support on the safe use of prescription drugs.
• Ensure that all prescriptions are filled accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all medications dispensed.
• Monitor drug interactions and contraindications.
• Ensure that all medications and other healthcare products are stored and handled properly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field.
• Valid state Pharmacist license.
• At least 3 years of experience in a pharmacy setting.
