Job Description
A growing compounding lab is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join their team in a contract-to-hire role based in Phoenix, AZ. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in non-sterile compounding, with comprehensive training provided. Upon conversion to permanent status, benefits including 401(k) and paid time off will be available.
Schedule
• Full Time, 40 hours/week
• Set closers shift: Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM–10:00 PM
• Shifts may vary based on business needs

Responsibilities
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth lab operations
• Verify prescriptions and oversee the compounding process
• Maintain compliance with USP standards and Board of Pharmacy regulations
