About the Role: We are seeking a resourceful, dependable, and discreet Personal Assistant / Secretary to support the Founder across both professional commitments and personal lifestyle management. This role combines traditional executive assistant duties with hands-on involvement in planning and organizing leisure, relaxation, and wellness-related tasks, offering comprehensive support that ensures balance and efficiency in both work and life. Key Responsibilities: Professional Responsibilities: Manage the Founder’s calendar, scheduling appointments, business meetings, and calls. Coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries, business stays, and logistics. Draft and manage professional correspondence, reports, and presentations. Maintain digital and physical filing systems with confidentiality. Act as the point of contact between the Founder and team members, clients, and partners. Assist with research, follow-ups, and project task coordination. Join meetings (as needed) to take notes, prepare briefs, and ensure follow-ups. Personal Leisure Responsibilities: Organize personal travel and vacation plans, including destination research, bookings, and activity planning. Arrange spa sessions, wellness appointments, fine dining reservations, and cultural events. Plan and manage personal celebrations, get-togethers, or quiet retreats. Handle online shopping, gift selection, and seasonal arrangements (festivals, birthdays, etc.). Oversee basic household tasks—liaising with staff or vendors for home maintenance or errands. Ensure the Founder has time and space carved out for relaxation, hobbies, or family time. Be available for flexible support, especially during travel or urgent needs. --- Qualifications Skills: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar assistant or lifestyle management role. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. High level of discretion and integrity. Tech-savvy with proficiency in productivity and planning tools. A calm, proactive personality with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly.
