Making an Impact
• Manage the full sales and recruitment lifecycle for direct-hire positions.
• Secure new business with both new prospects and existing clients—locally or nationally—by leveraging opportunities to expand the business portfolio.
• Attract, engage, market, and place candidates; proactively build a robust pipeline of in-demand talent.
Sharing Expertise
• Act as an industry expert and trusted advisor by sharing recruitment expertise and insights on workforce trends across various platforms.
• Understand and educate others on direct-hire market dynamics and workforce management.
Building Visibility
• Collaborate with colleagues across regions, brands, and sectors to ensure the right people are engaged to address opportunities identified by the search consultant.
• Act as an advisor and consultant to our clients regarding the talent market, industry trends, attraction techniques, and employer branding
• Establish credibility within candidate networks—be sought after for opportunities and known as the key link to them
Your typical day
• Actively source passive and active candidates for current searches
• Interview and qualify candidates for current and future searches
• Proactively build a talent pipeline of in-demand passive talent
• Plan and execute business development activities, including proactively sharing top talent with potential new clients, following up on leads, and making cold calls to generate new business
• Apply direct hiring methodology to consistently and effectively manage and influence the search process with both candidates and clients, ensuring a consultative approach
• Conduct detailed discussions with candidates to help them prepare for upcoming interviews
• Conduct detailed post-interview discussions with candidates and clients to influence next steps
• Role heavily focused on phone, computer, and technology use; other assigned responsibilities
Qualifications
• Industry: 2+ years of recruitment or sales experience within the industry
• Proven track record of success in a role with specific KPIs and financial deliverables
• Client-facing and/or sales experience
• Prior experience or exposure to direct executive/leadership search
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent Preferred
• Brand knowledge: Knowledge of the brand's area of expertise or a related field
• Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree
• Certifications/training relevant to the brand or field of interest

The base salary range for this position is between $50,000 and $75,000 is dependent upon knowledge, skill, and ability ad full time employment.
