You will also play an important role in maintaining and organising backstage areas, including the stage, lighting and sound control boxes, dressing rooms and storage spaces, ensuring that technical equipment and workspaces are kept clean, safe and in good order at all times.

We are looking for a technician with training or a qualification in technical theatre who has sound knowledge of theatre equipment and processes, alongside an awareness of current health and safety regulations. Experience of operating and programming both lighting and sound consoles on a variety of productions is also essential. You will need to be flexible and willing to work evenings and weekends when required to support performances and events.
