In this role, you will work closely with the project team to ensure that our applications and systems perform optimally under various load conditions. You will be responsible for conducting performance tests, analyzing results, and creating detailed reports. The ideal candidate should be proficient in various performance testing tools and protocols, with strong scripting skills in languages such as C++, Java, or Python.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the project team to gather and understand requirements related to performance testing.Develop test plans and test cases to ensure the effective performance testing of applications.Create test scripts using tools such as LoadRunner, VuGen, and JMeter.Design and execute performance tests to simulate various load conditions.Collect and analyze test results using tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, and Dynatrace.Share detailed performance test reports with the project team and provide timely responses to any queries or concerns.Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the ability to collaborate as a team player.Contribute to process improvements and help with continuous learning in performance testing best practices.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, MCA (Master Of Computer Application), BBA with IT/Similar experience.Technical Skills (Good to have) :Proficiency in performance testing protocols such as Web HTTP/HTML, SAP GUI, Ajax TruClient.Hands-on experience with performance testing tools, including LoadRunner (SaaS), VuGen, and JMeter.Familiarity with application monitoring tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, and Dynatrace.Proficient in scripting languages such as C++, Java, or PythonStrong understanding of performance testing concepts and best practices..Soft Skills :Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and proficient in English language.Should be able to work both as a team member and as an independent contributorWillingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies along with potraying attention to details.Learn more about 3M’s creative solutions to the world’s problems at www.3M.com or on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn @3M.Please note: your application may not be considered if you do not provide your education and work history, either by: 1) uploading a resume, or 2) entering the information into the application fields directly.3M Global Terms of Use and Privacy StatementCarefully read these Terms of Use before using this website.
