What You Will Do
• Lead & manage all digital campaigns, ensure proper budget optimization & achieve monthly targets
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns , tracking KPIs like revenue, conversions, CPA, CPI, etc. on daily basis and create performance reports
• Thorough understanding and hands-on experience of Bid Optimisers, RTB, DSPs, Ad Exchanges, DMPs, Audience targeting/segmentation, Web Analytics tools like Firebase, near analytics , etc
• Maintain, optimize and create marketing campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, Google, Facebook, Instagram etc
• Managing campaigns end-to-end including budget planning, targeting, copy, creative, day-to-day optimization, A/B tests, etc. to continuously improve ROAS from the campaigns
• Conduct keyword research and optimize Search, Display & Video Campaigns in Google Ads
• Conduct regular competitor research to understand relevant gaps and opportunities.
• Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with client goals.
Skills Required:
• 3- 5 years of performance marketing experience in a fast-paced environment , having worked with D2C ventures will be prefered
• A combination of analytical and creative thinking
• Should have independently managed monthly marketing budgets of at least INR 10-15L
• Strong knowledge of Marketing and analytics tools including but not limited to Google analytics , Google adwords , Facebook ad manager , Firebase , Criteo , Etc
