Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India for a Performance Marketing Specialist at Colors Queen. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention through various digital marketing channels. You will analyze data, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Your work will contribute to the growth and success of Colors Queen in the competitive cosmetics industry.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media advertising, display advertising, and email marketing
• Proficiency in analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data
• Creative mindset and ability to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
