Position - Performance Marketing Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Performance Marketing Executive. As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, display advertising, and email marketing. You will be responsible for optimizing campaign performance, managing budgets, and ensuring campaign goals are met.
Requirements:
1. Must have at least 2 years of experience working with Meta ads, google ads & google analytics.
2. Must have agency experience.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, display advertising, and email marketing.
● Create compelling ad copy and imagery that will resonate with target audiences.
● Manage campaign budgets and optimize spending to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
● Conduct ongoing analysis of campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase performance.
● Work closely with the creative team to develop and produce creative assets for campaigns.
● Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand messaging and overall marketing objectives.
● Stay up-to-date on the latest digital advertising trends and best practices, and incorporate them into campaign strategies.
● Monitor and report on competitor activity and market trends.
● Provide regular reports on campaign performance to manager, clients and whoever else required.
Working days and type:
1. Work Mode: Work from home opportunity.
2. In-Person Requirement: Attendance is compulsory for in-person meetings when required.
3. Work Week: Monday to Friday.
4. Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
5. Compulsory to have a laptop
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹346,703.34 - ₹500,000.00 per year
