Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Performance Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various channels to generate quality leads and drive conversions for our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

Execute A/B testing and optimize ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.

Track, analyze, and report performance metrics like CPC, CTR, ROAS, and CPL.

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.

Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-performing ad copies and visuals.

Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Identify growth opportunities and scale campaigns accordingly.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising .

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.

Excellent analytical and Excel skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Certification in Google Ads/Facebook Blueprint is a plus.

Have you work previously in Ed-Tech Company .

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
