Job Description
We run three connected consumer brands out of Pune. CIY is a specialty craft retail brand with a physical store and an online shop. Makist is a craft marketplace connecting creators, vendors, and buyers. Woollen House is a yarn and knitting brand. You'll run paid advertising across all three.
The role You will own day-to-day execution of our Meta and Google ad campaigns across three brands. This is a hands-on, in-the-weeds role. You won't be setting overall strategy — the founder does that — but you will be the person who builds, launches, monitors, and optimizes every campaign, and who keeps our marketing data clean and reported on time. We're bringing this in-house from an agency, and we want someone dedicated who we can work with closely every day.
What you'll do
• Build, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and Google ad campaigns across CIY, Makist, and Woollen House.
• Monitor spend, ROAS, and CAC daily; pause what's losing money, scale what's working.
• Tag every campaign and ad link with correct UTM parameters so our analytics stay accurate.
• This is non-negotiable and a core part of the job.
• Deliver one clean weekly marketing report (spend, ROAS, CAC per brand) every Monday by 10am.
• Brief and coordinate with our designer and social media person to get the creatives each campaign needs. QA landing pages and offers before any campaign goes live — check for broken links, wrong prices, and mismatched offers.
• Build and schedule email and WhatsApp campaigns for CIY (we'll give you the copy and the plan).
• Run basic SEO hygiene checks (meta titles, indexing) via Google Search Console
What we're looking for
1 to 2.5 years of hands-on experience running live Meta and Google ad campaigns.
You've personally been inside Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads — not just watched someone else do it. Comfortable managing multiple ad accounts at once.
Disciplined with data, tracking, and reporting — you don't skip the boring stuff. Reliable and communicative; you flag problems early instead of hiding them.
Nice to have
Experience with D2C, retail, or marketplace brands. Familiarity with GA4, Shopify, or email / WhatsApp tools (Interakt / WATI). Basic comfort with creative briefs and reviewing ad creatives.
