Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive (Meta and google ads) with strong expertise in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in managing high-budget campaigns, creating and optimizing ads, and coordinating effectively with creative and content teams to deliver measurable growth in brand visibility and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads(Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Remarketing).
• Manage and optimize campaigns with monthly budgets of ₹10 lakh or more to achieve maximum ROI and brand visibility.
• Develop campaign strategies aligned with business objectives and marketing goals.
• Analyze campaign data, track performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.), and prepare detailed performance reports.
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to conceptualize and deliver engaging ad creatives, copy, and visuals.
• Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages to drive performance improvements.
• Ensure consistency of messaging and brand tone across all digital campaigns.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing.
• Provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization and budget allocation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in paid advertising on Meta and Google platforms.
• Prior experience in the beauty, clean beauty, personal care, or D2C e-commerce industry is mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and scale campaigns with ₹10 lakh+ monthly budgets.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Excel.
• Excellent coordination, project management, and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
