Role Description
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital ad platforms, audience targeting, and data-driven decision-making to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to improve ad performance.
• Monitor campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA) and adjust strategies for optimal results.
• Create and analyze reports to provide insights on campaign performance and recommendations.
• Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad copies and visuals.
• Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads campaign management.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and reporting tools.
• Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, pixel setup, and remarketing strategies.
• Proficiency in budget management and performance optimization techniques.
• Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Ads is a plus.
