Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of performance marketing and a keen interest in driving leads, conversions, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, execute, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for leads, conversions, CTR, and ROI.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights for campaign improvement.
Manage advertising budgets and ensure effective allocation of marketing spend.
Collaborate with the content and creative teams for ad creatives and campaign strategies.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and market research.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
Requirements:
1–5 year of experience in Performance Marketing, or Paid Advertising.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and campaign optimization.
Basic understanding of Google Analytics, tracking, and reporting tools.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
