Job Description
Role Overview: As a Performance Marketing Executive, you'll be at the forefront of driving our digital marketing efforts to new heights. Your analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and creativity will be instrumental in optimizing campaigns, maximizing ROI, and fueling our growth.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Plan and execute end-to-end digital campaigns, from concept to deployment.
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and ad placements to achieve KPIs.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
• Conduct A/B testing to identify winning ad variations and optimize conversion rates.
• Conduct keyword research to optimize search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns.
• Monitor and adjust keyword bids to maximize visibility and performance.
• Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations.
• Use analytics tools to track and measure key metrics, identifying trends and patterns.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Implement innovative strategies to stay competitive in a dynamic landscape.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
