We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and scale our paid campaigns across Meta, Google, Amazon, Flipkart, and more. As part of the core team at Silvish, a fast-growing premium D2C silver jewelry brand, you’ll take full ownership of driving performance through paid channels and help us scale profitably.
What You’ll Do
• Plan, execute, and manage campaigns across Meta (FB/IG), Google, Amazon and Flipkart.
• Monitor performance daily and optimize for ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPA, and other key metrics.
• Scale high-performing campaigns and cut underperforming ones fast.
• Work with creative and content teams to test different ad formats, hooks, and messaging.
• Run A/B tests across targeting, creatives, placements, and bidding strategies.
• Build performance reports and provide actionable insights to the founding team.
• Keep up with ad platform updates and competitor trends.
What You Should Bring
• 3+ years of hands-on experience running and scaling paid ads on Meta + Google. Marketplace ad experience (Amazon, Flipkart) is a big advantage.
• Strong knowledge of performance metrics and campaign optimization techniques.
• Experience working with D2C brands, ideally in fashion, jewelry, or beauty categories.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver consistent results.
• Familiarity with tools like Shopify, Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Amazon Ads Console, etc.
