Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist

Job Description:
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to achieve our business objectives. You will utilize your expertise in Google and Facebook ads to create and implement strategies that maximize ROI and enhance brand visibility across various digital channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google and Facebook platforms to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy optimization to maximize campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rate, conversion rate, and return on ad spend (ROAS), and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to optimize campaign strategies and tactics.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to achieve desired outcomes within set financial parameters.
- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for key stakeholders, highlighting campaign KPIs, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- Experience of at least 2-3 years
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing, including hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, ad targeting capabilities, and campaign optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for driving continuous improvement and achieving measurable outcomes.
- Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus
