Since every client is different, we need someone who can quickly understand a new business, its audience, goals, and challenges, and build campaigns around what actually works.
The Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can independently handle paid marketing campaigns from planning to execution and optimization.
You will work with clients across different industries and business models. You should be comfortable adapting your strategy based on the industry, target audience, offer, budget, and business objective.
This is not just an ad-running role. You will be responsible for understanding the numbers, identifying what is working and what isn't, testing new approachesand improving campaign performance.
What You'll Be Doing
• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms
• Understand each client's business, audience, offer, and goals before launching campaigns
• Manage advertising budgets and optimize spending for better results
• Track and improve CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and ROAS
• Test different audiences, creatives, ad copies, offers, and landing pages
• Monitor campaigns and take action when performance drops
• Analyze campaign data and turn insights into clear decisions
• Work on lead generation, retargeting, and conversion funnels
• Prepare clear and useful performance reports
• Work closely with clients and the internal team
• Stay updated with advertising platforms, tools, and performance marketing trends
What We're Looking For
• 2 to 4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
• Strong practical experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
• Good understanding of paid advertising, lead generation, and conversion funnels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilityComfortable working with campaign data and performance metrics
• Good understanding of CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, and ROAS
• Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization
• Ability to work across different industries and business models
• Ability to quickly understand a new industry, product, service, and target audience
• Ability to manage campaigns independently and take ownership of results
• Good communication skills and the ability to clearly explain campaign performance
