People Systems Administrator - Melbourne VIC Permanent, Full-time(Metricon)
Job Description
Working as part of our customer centric People, Performance & Culture team, this is a unique opportunity to use your strong coordination and engagement skills to help support and administrator user support, data maintenance, system administration tasks, and day-to-day operational activities.
Reporting to the People Advisory Business Partner, your responsibilities will include:
Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and other people related systems
Manage user accounts, permissions and access across all people related systems
Maintain high standards of data quality, accuracy and integrity across multiple systems
Respond to user enquiries and provide system training and support
Assist with troubleshooting system issues and escalate where required
Contribute to process improvements that enhance system efficiency, user experience and data quality; and
Provide support to the wider People, Performance & Culture team during peak periods.

The successful candidate will have:
Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Previous experience in Administration role or systems support would be an advantage but not essential
Intermediate to advanced computer skills, with proficiency in MS including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint is mandatory
Exposure to and having a working knowledge of People systems (Learning Management Systems and HRIS) would be an advantage but not essential
Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining data quality and accuracy
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, volume-oriented environment; and
A collaborative team player with an appetite for learning and a passion for delivering quality outcomes.
