Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in human resources, preferably as a Business Partner or HR Manager
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
Proven ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Experience in talent management and employee engagement initiatives
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
In this role, you will work closely with management and employees to foster a positive work environment while aligning people strategies with business objectives

Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and enhance employee engagement
Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development
Analyze workforce metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements
Implement programs that promote a positive company culture and employee retention
Lead the recruitment efforts to attract top talent and streamline the hiring process
Ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and leadership development
