The Recipe for Success: Role Summary
The People & Culture Assistant plays a key role in supporting our people across the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to performance, development, engagement and culture. Working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner, this role helps maintain HR processes and systems while supporting a positive, inclusive and connected culture across the ANZ business.
This is a part-time role working 3 days per week (must include Fridays), with 2 days in the office and 1 day working from home
Ingredients: Key Responsibilities
Act as first point of contact for HR enquiries
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
Own HR data management and support implementation of a new HR system
Maintain employee records and documentation
Coordinate performance review cycles
Assist with development, engagement, and culture initiatives
Help deliver company events, communications, and operational HR tasks

What We’re Looking For
Previous HR experience or strong administrative experience
Loves keeping things organised and processes running smoothly
A genuine people person who is friendly, approachable and enjoys building connections and supporting others
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and accuracy when handling data, documentation and systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels
A proactive, adaptable and professional approach
The ability to maintain confidentiality and quickly learn new systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Excel)
